As an Associate Consultant you will be working as a 360 Recruiter this involves: Business Development, Account Management, Negotiation, Headhunting, and much more!

You will develop a well mapped, niche market, building strong and lasting relationships with clients and candidates - working collaboratively and supportively within your team.
