What we want from you:

• History of success and development working as a Recruitment Consultant (3+ years) within a tech market
• Record of successful New Business Development
• Organised approach to work with a long-term focus on Relationships and adding value to candidates and clients
• Committed to progression and continuous development
• Team player whilst also enjoying healthy competition in a target-driven environment
• Embody our values: continuous improvement, tenacity, accountability, integrity, zeal, unity
• Experience working within the Data, Analytics, or Cyber Security Markets is highly beneficial
• Management experience is beneficial but not essential as there is big progression potential as the team grows
