ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Are you highly organised, on-the-ball, and sociable? 3pX Group have the exciting opportunity to work as a multifaceted Office Assistant based in our dynamic Manhattan office, where no day will be the same! We welcome entry level applicants, and those who may have some previous office admin, or customer service experience. It’s all about having a can-do-attitude and being a positive addition to our brilliant company culture.
You will be responsible for keeping the 3pX New York office running smoothly and enabling fellow employees to succeed in their roles. As Office Assistant you will take a real pride in ensuring quality and consistency and strive to continuously improve the office experience; upholding 3pX Group’s company values and always representing the company to the best of your ability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Improving and implementing office policies and procedures
· Working closely with EA to ensure quality and consistency
between international offices
· Taking relevant action from communications from
building management teams
· Constantly monitoring general tidiness and creating forums
to improve this with engagement from all staff
· Dealing with staff issues – building access, IT, equipment
etc – with a can-do attitude
· Dealing with incoming post to the office
· Ordering office furniture, equipment and sundries as required
· Greeting visitors to the office and liaising with building
management, contractors, suppliers and the internal team
to ensure all guests are directed appropriately
· Watering plants and other light house keeping
tasks as required
· Onboarding/offboarding staff including arranging
equipment, facilities and IT/systems access
· Making edits to approved commercial contracts via Juro
· Supporting our Employee Engagement groups
with organising and implementing sales days,
competitions and incentives
· Arranging gifts for birthdays, promotions, work anniversaries
· Organising social events under the guidance of the
EA to the CEO
· Contributing to social media content on our Instagram
accounts

relationships with all stakeholders.
